The definition of health is simple "Every cell communicating clearly with every other cell". If every cell is communicating clearly with every other cell, none of the above symptoms occur.
Mechanically, you are held erect by a precise system of muscles and ligaments opposing each other. Without that opposition, you would be a lump on the floor. Sprained ligaments/muscles are not able to perform correctly. As a result, their opposing muscles spasm, which continually pulls your bones and vertebrae out of alignment. You have 15 powerful circulation systems that run up and down your spine, your arms and legs. They all get kinked by bad posture and misalignments. I teach patients posture, based on the Alexander model of posture. And I effectively realign your spine and extremity bones.
I have found that it takes about half of a forty-minute session to successfully restore soft-tissue sprains back to normal healthy function. I do that by deep tissue massage to the origin and insertion of the sprained muscles. In this way, I am able to restore muscles to normal healthy function.

Learning to breathe from your lower abdomen is powerful medicine. Breathing abdominally gives you the courage you need to "live" your plans and splendid dreams. In one study of (38) patients in cardiac intensive care, every one of them were chest breathers, which is the most inefficient way you can possibly breathe.
